aisk.chat is a static website. It doesn’t use accounts, analytics trackers or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
The Aisk plugin
The Aisk plugin runs on your own WordPress site. Conversations, tickets and settings are stored in your WordPress database. To work, the plugin connects to the external services below. All requests use HTTPS.

Your own privacy policy
If you use Aisk on your store, mention in your privacy policy that chat messages are processed by OpenAI (and by Twilio or Telegram if you enable those channels), and that the visitor’s IP address is used to estimate their location.
